Welcome to KeepBar+! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KeepBar+ mobile application ("App", "Service") operated by InchCosmos ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

KeepBar+ is a cultivation-themed habit tracking and self-improvement application that helps users:

• Track practice time and progress
• Set and complete cultivation goals
• Build self-discipline through timed practice sessions
• Advance through cultivation realms

2. Age Requirements

This App is rated 9+ and is suitable for users aged 9 and above. By using this App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App

4. PRO Purchase

KeepBar+ offers premium features through a one-time PRO purchase:

• PRO is a non-consumable in-app purchase ($1.99)
• Payment is processed through Apple In-App Purchase
• Once purchased, PRO features are unlocked permanently
• You can restore your purchase on any device using the same Apple ID
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by InchCosmos and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Data Storage

All your practice data, including practice history and settings, is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store your personal practice data on our servers.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

KeepBar+ is designed for entertainment and self-improvement purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or health advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCHCOSMOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL.

10. Data Deletion

You can delete all local data at any time by uninstalling the App. Once deleted, your practice history and settings cannot be recovered.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
