InchCosmos built the "KeepBar+" app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by InchCosmos at no cost for the basic version and is intended for use as is. Premium features are available through a one-time in-app purchase.

This page is used to inform application users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if anyone decided to use this Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The personal information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Data Collection and Use

KeepBar+ is designed with privacy in mind. Most of your data is stored locally on your device.

Local Data (Stored on Your Device)

The following data is stored only on your device and is NOT uploaded to any server:

• Practice time statistics - Total practice time, physical cultivation time, mental cultivation time.
• Cultivation realm and progress - Your current realm level and breakthrough records.
• Practice cards - Your custom practice plans and completion records.
• App settings - Your preferences and configurations.

Purchase Information

If you purchase PRO features, we collect:

• Purchase status - Whether you have purchased PRO (stored locally).
• Transaction records - Processed securely by Apple In-App Purchase. We do NOT store your payment details.

Device Information

• Device identifiers - Firebase installation ID, advertising identifier (for ads).
• App usage data - How you interact with the app, collected via Firebase Analytics for improving user experience.

Third-Party Services

Advertising

• Upgrading to PRO version to remove all ads

Payments

All payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. When you make a purchase:

• Your payment information is handled directly by Apple
• We do NOT store or have access to your payment details
• Apple adheres to industry-standard security practices for payment handling

Log Data

When you use our Service, in case of an error in the app, we collect data called Log Data through Firebase Analytics. This Log Data may include:

• Device type and operating system version
• App configuration and settings
• Time and date of your use of the Service
• Other diagnostic statistics

Cookies

This Service does not use cookies explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries (such as AdMob) that use cookies to collect information and improve their services.

Security

We value your trust in providing us your personal information, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it:

• Your practice data is stored locally on your device
• Payment data is handled securely by Apple In-App Purchase
• We do not store or transmit your personal practice data

However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary:

• Local practice data - Retained on your device until you uninstall the app
• Analytics data - Retained according to Firebase Analytics policies (typically 14 months)

You can delete all your local data at any time by uninstalling the app.

Children's Privacy

This Service is rated 9+ and is suitable for users aged 9 and above. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 9. If we discover that a child under 9 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access - View your personal data in the app (stored locally)
• Deletion - Delete all local data by uninstalling the app
• Data Portability - Your data is stored locally on your device
